Placed an order with this company on August 20, 2015 and as of October 1, 2015 have received nothing. Telephone calls are answered by a recorder and messages left receive no response. E-mails to the company's website also receive no response.
Having now been dumb enough to order from this company, I find that the internet is littered with complaints about their business practices. I have observed that the frequency of complaints has greatly accelerated in the last few months, and that leads me to believe that they may be in a final "death spiral". The end will really come when the credit card companies react to the number of complaints. I know that American Express is very efficient at weeding out merchants that do not perform.
