loving the classics i orded an dvd which when come 3 weeks after i order t be here witchin 5 days i paid 5 dollars extral it wont play on any of my machine including the computer it came withno receipt no return addres, Internet

I ordered a dvd name half angel order no *****1894 order on 2/5/2011 invoice number 24429 ipaid $14.99 an extral $5 to be delivered in 5 days i received the dvd 3 weeks later in a package with no return address no receipt no phone number just a paper saying if the quaility i could exchange it but how no return address no phone i tired playing the dvv on 3 machines plus my computer it would not play 2 of the machines are brand new one blue ray and one dvd machine it wont play on any of them i tired emailing them my email comes back

We just recently discovered a problem with some of our equipment and this issue has been causing some discs to fail. I'm not sure why the email is coming back to you, but thank you for providing enough info in this report so we can send you a working disc this weekend.
