Complaint Review: Loving the Classics

Loving the Classics LTC Took my money - haven't sent the video-can't get a hold of them-they never answer their phone or reply to on line request Internet

 I ordered a film from loving the classics which I was thrilled to find on the internet.

The first form was filled out wrong because I put in  the wrong address. But I never got a confirmnation so I didn't think it mattered. 

I sent a new request, filling out the form correctly. I have an order number and confirmation of cost. My oeder date was August 16 2013

My cxredit card has now been debited, but I haven't received the film. With all the numerous complaints about this company I think maybe I will never recieve this film and I have already paid the credit card company.

I want this film so if there is anything I can do to get them to send it to me, I would appreciate it.

My mailing address is  in France. If that posed a problem there was no mention of it when I recieved my confirmation Order number which is: 100009384.

FYI- when I try to put my state in the proper box, you only have US states on the form. I live in Canada and am presently in France.  The credit card I used is from Canada. So the hang- up might be that the credit card billing address and my mailing address were not the same.
