I rarely write reports like this, but I believe this web-based video distribution company deserves a negative profile for it's scam operation. Although it is not accredited by the BBB, they have assigned them an F rating in large part for their poor customer service and lack of delivery performance.  I ordered two Classic Movie DVD's on July 10, 2015.  After not receiving any shipment or backorder information for 19 days, I communciated by Email with their Customer Service.  I finally recieved an email indicating one of my selections was not in inventory, and would be backordered.  I was asked if I would like to wait until the backordered movie was available to ship both DVD's, or would I prefer to receive at least the one currently available.  I chose to receive the one available.  So far, 8 months later, and after having paid with my credit card, I've still not received the second DVD.  I've also not received any follow-up communication from customer service regarding my backorder, or willingness to provide a refund.  It's important to read the fine pront of their order/return policy which indicates that some titles may not be in inventory, and will be backordered.  In my original email to customer service, I asked why I had not been notified at the time of my order that one of my titles wasn't in stock!  So far they've operated with my money for 8 months without providing a product, which reinforces why the BBB gave them an F. 

 

In addition, the DVD that I did receive was of inferior quality.  I would never purchase from them again.
