Order a DVD from this company for my father who is 90. He was really looking forward to seeing the film he had not seen for 70 years. This company says it sends orders within seven business days. Not true, my order was placed 12 business days ago and stills shows status as not processed.This company says it will answer all emails within 2 business days, also untrue. They haven't responded to any of mine yet after 3 business days. I think it's very unlikely they will send my order now and my father will be very disappointed.
