Last year in about April I went out looking to possibly purchase a vehicle. I went over to Low Book Sales to see what they had to offer. I had a set price in mind of what I wanted to pay per month and what I could afford. Right when I arrived on the lot and got out of my car I was attacked by three salesmen and immediately they were trying to get me inside to pull my credit and see what kind of "deal" they could work for me. There was a car there that I was interested in and after pulling my credit they said that I could not afford it.

My credit was about a 640 at the time. So after being in there for about three hours they take me back outside and try and sell me some random volvo for about 17 grand which was a total rip off and not what I wanted at all! I went from looking at a Lincoln MKZ to them trying to sell me a random Volvo. I told them I came in looking for an MKZ and I would rather keep my old car then buy a car that I didn't even want for way more money.

As I am pulling away for about the fourth time they block me from pulling out with an Audi that I though was a pretty cool car. The so called "manager" assured me that it was a great car and that he used it as his own personal car (which was a lie) So I drove it and asked them how much it was going for and he said $16,500 and I told him I wanted to see a blue book value sheet on how much it was worth. So he goes inside and I found out after I had purchased the car that he typed up a fake Blue book sheet that said it was worth 20,000 to make it look like he was giving me a good deal! The care in actuality was only worth about $14000 off the lot. So me being a fool said ok and bought the car.

When I went in they said that I could get a 6% interest rate on the car so I thought that was pretty good and I signed the papers on it. Well they told me that the banks were closed so come back in a few days to finalize the rate but I could take the vehicle with me. I come back a few days later and I am told that my interest rate is 11.5% a month and that I could not return the car because it had been past three days. So basically I had no choice but to take my crappy interest rate.

More and more things happened after I purchased that car like electrical problems and the wrong brakes were put on the car to save money on their part and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about so I had a very nice Audi that sounds like a sqeaky loud truck from the 60's. Then they changed the oil and purposefully put cheaper non synthetic oil in it to save money when everyone knows Audi's take full synthetic oil. Then the blinkers went bad and the guy claimed it had never happened to him when really it was a recall item that had been happening the whole time. The alignment was off so I had to pay $800 for new tires and then $60 more to have the alignment re-done. Then a sensor went bad and my anti lock brakes would come on and bash me to a stop on the middle of the freeway.... That was another thousand dollars. And every time I brought it in to them with a problem they were total jerks and didn't help at all. There are a bunch of liars. My list could go on and on! I Hate Low Book Sales. This companies lures you in with what looks like good prices and great cars and once you are on the lot they literally don't let you leave. This is the only reason that this company is successful at all is by there deceitfulness.
