Low Country Van Lines are a bunch of lying cheats, Internet

Low Country Van Lines is a disgrace of a moving service.  They picked up our stuff from Tampa, Florida on July 28th.  It is now August 31st and our stuff has not arrived.

When we spoke to Yolanda from Low Country in the middle of August, she told us that their computer said our stuff was scheduled to arrive September 1st.  This makes no sense, seeing as we signed our lease on July 28th and my fiance and I started work the first week in August.  They have been unresponsive to our pleas for some sort of refund or rebate and have made zero attempt to right the obvious wrong committed by them.

Additionally, they never sent us a revised contract and, as of today, our stuff is being brought by another moving company and will not be here as of September 1st.  When I spoke with the mover from the other company he informed me that Low Country Van Lines lost our couch and love seat valued at 750 dollars.  Of course, they did not even contact us to let us know as much.

This company is unprofessional and no one should use their service.

This company is truely a one of a kind.  Our stuff finally arrived on September 3rd.  Our couches are not there and our dresser was damaged.  In addition, our mattress was soaking wet, although it was covered in plastic.  When we tried to come to a settlement with them they took the money off the table because we filed a complaint with the DoT and because we asked for more money for our dresser and mattress.  No one should trust the individuals working there.
