This is the ad placed in our phone book by Lowe's.

My fiancee and I arrived approx. 10:45 a.m., 24 Nov.2003 at Lowe's to purchase a water heater and have it installed before leaving on our upcoming trip. We were told by an employee and after a call by the employee to his boss, I suppose, it would take at least 2 weeks for them to have it installed. Plus $35.00 delivery fee and about $150.00 installation fee.
