I made the foolish decision to purchase a dishwasher from Lowes in April of last year.  BIG MISTAKE!  Lowes installed it, and it leaked.  I immediately called the store in Casa Grande, AZ and spoke to Joe.  He assured me that they would take care of it, they would send someone out right away to take care of it.  Than never happened.  After months of calling, and finally being told by Carol that it would be fixed when she said so, or it wouldn't be fixed I had enough.  I finally was "permitted" to speak to the store Manager when I said that I was calling the AZ ROC if they didn't transfer me to the Store Manager.  The store Manager assured me that this would be resolved.  He called the claims dept & spoke to Nicole who then called me to say that they were going to resolve this quickly.  In September, they finally replacewd the dishwasher only to put one in that started burning, and meltling (that is still in my home, not working).  In October they finally sent someone out to look at the damage.  The gentleman told me that there was alot of damage, and upon pulling out the dishwasher, showed me all of the mold & that the wall behing the dishwasher had begun rotting.  He also showed me the damage to the cabinets & pointed out that the water had run under the cabinets and damaged a good part of the kitchen floor.  He said that he would let Lowes know & would be back in November after the holiday.  I never heard from him again.  After calling Nicole at leat 15 times & getting only 1 return call in the middle of those 15 calls, I finally called and threatened them with the AZ Registra of Contractors and TV stations.  They then put me on the phone (after 9 calls that day) with Nicole's manager Marsha Herring.  Marsha assured me that this would be resolved immediately.  I then got a call from Sam at ServePro.  Sam came over right away & said that when he was working with Nicole on this, he had left her over 25 messages & she never returned his calls to approve the work.  He said that he was now working with Marsha, so this should be resolved immediately.  Well, that didn't happen.  Sam has called and emailed Marsha & she won't return his calls.  I called the claims office 8 times today & was told that I could not speak to the CEO (Mr. Niblock) or anyone from the executive office.  I had gone as high as I could.

I am beside myself.  I spent 9 days in the hospital with a lung infection that I can only attribute to the mold in my home.  I got out of the hospital 3 weeks ago & am now having breathing problems again, so I am most likely going to have to move out of my home.  The damage that this company has done & that fact that they refuse to warranty (which runs out in 2 weeks) this piece of junk that they sold me or take responsability for the damage that they caused is unimaginable.  This company should not be permitted to operate in the state of Arizona, or anyplace in this country for this matter if this is their policy of how to handle the damage that they have caused.  If this is not resolved by Monday, 3/24/13 I will go to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors & I will not cease to persue this until the company has taken full responsability for the damage that they have caused.
