Complaint Review: Lowes

Lowes Delivered defected windows. Ordered incorret window models. Refuse to replace the broken sache Brooklyn New York

We ordered Pella windows from Lowes store on May 14.
Since then we have multiple problems.

1. When we went to pick up the windows it took us 4 hours to recive the windows from the store.

2. 1 sache was broken.

3. We waited for 1 1/2 week for delivey to get the window with a broken sache so our contractor can start the installation.

4. Two front windows were ordered with incorrect model numbers.

5. All windows are of a very poor quality . When the contracator isntalled the windows they were falling from frames. He had to insert the extandable foam to fixate windows. One window was without a frame and when the wind blew one sache fell off and the glass was broken. Upon my request Loews sent the inspector who said that the windows are of a poor quality and said that the sache and the weather strips have to be replaced.
He said all information was given to Lowes representatives.

It took me another 1 1/2 week to trace the person who had the infromation for the replacement. Now Lowes is saying that I have to re-oder and pay again for the broken sache because my contractor inserted the foam.

6. I'm still waiting for the items listed in paragraphs 1 and 2. I'm paying extra money to keep my contractor. We finished renovation of the house and windows are delaying us from moving in. We are losing $1100 for the rent that we are paying now as we cannot move out.
