Lowes & Dewalt False advertising, misrepresentation Murray utah
The Lowes store on in Murray Utah has the picture of a 20v Dewalt Drill combo with a hard case (Model #: DCK280C2), however when I was ready to purchase the item I notice that it comes with a " Contractor bag" more like a lunch bag.
When I asked one of the employees he said that, that is the picture they got from corporate but those were the drills they got, with a " Contractor bag" I understand that they receive a lot of business from contractors but the name of the store is Lowes Home Improvement meaning Homeowners Candy store.
very disapointed.
