I purchased carpet from Lowes in April 2004. There was a promotion for a $100 gift card. I sent in the info, the website reported that it was sent on 6/8/04. I called on 7/24/04 and talked to a customer service jerk named Burt. He said he would re-issue the card. I also submitted for a $20 gift card for a Werner ladder I bought on 6/5/04. I have yet to receive either gift card. I used to spend a lot of money at Lowes but I haven't spent a penny since 7/24. I actually drove 20 miles to a Home Depot when the Lowes is 1 mile from my home. That's how bullheaded I can be.I will not buy anything from Lowes ever again. BOYCOTT LOWES!
