My husband and I purchased a hot tub (spa) on sale at the store on Dec 2 for $1,800. We paid for it and were told it would be delivered in 3 days. The delivery man called that morning and said they gave our spa to another customer with a spa that wasn't working and we couldn't get one anymore since it had been on sale and they were not using that manufacturer anymore. Outraged, I called the store, even went there in person and was reassured by numerous "managers" that they would "find" us one from another store.

The bottom line?? On Feb. 1, we had a spa delivered to us, had a licensed electrician hook it up 3 days later, and guess what??? it doesn't work...It is now Feb 24, and I am trying to reach anyone who can help me at the store, and am constantly brushed off, hung up on, and told "the person who originally helped you was Brian, and he's not here." I am frustrated, angry, and now have a beautiful spa that is no good for anything except maybe to grow flowers in.

I have contacted the manufacturer directly, and am still waiting for a reply, either by phone or e=mail. (Blue Ridge Spa's and Hot tubs). Whew! I am going back to Home Depot and staying there!! I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau
