Complaint Review: Lowes - Installation Dept.

I contacted lowes installation for an install of a back fence,  the contractor who did it raised it so high that I was left with about 1- 2 ft gap on some areas of fence and when complained I was told I had to fix it so I installed some paver bricks because dogs were comming under the fence. the wood panels initaial installed were broken so they installed them broken and hid them behind my shed. I complained and have been treated rudely by the installer, who never answered my calls or texts until I was persistent, to replace the pickets. The contractor came and treated me like an idiot using phrases that I am a woman and we are not smart about things because I knew not anything about fencing. when I complained about the hole on the bottom of my fence, I was laughed at and told fix it yourself, when I mentioned the broken pickets on panel he said ask Lowes for more and sell them, concrete was left over he said sell it also, then when I asked for 8 bags to be returned they were put into the trunk of my car, when they delivered.  I requested they put my support beams inside my yard to prevent them stepping on them and jumping into my yard and they did it the way they wanted to.

I have had 2 homeless people use them to get into my back yard now. the appointment to change out pickets was put off for months everyone ignoring my calls, when they came they had no hammer or nails to change out the pickets. so I have pickets without nails, my wood is rotting , it is gray and old split and the support beams are cracked.  I have had the store manager, and the assistant manager come and take pictures and insult me yell at me and tell me that i am an idiot because I am a female as wellas  smmirk at me and make fun of me behind my back because i am not happy with 2 in gap in my pickets, i understand about wood notts, but why have a fence when there are holes in every picket. the wood is splitting and broken noted more on the backside in the alley.  I was told to buy putty and fill the holes, of which I am so stressed out I have tried to do so. but you can not fill a hole where it has no anchor. 

I have painted the fence also because I have my wood rotting away and I have  screwed in the pickets. They have taken pictures and have come 3 times from the store but they dont do anything.  I refused to have the contractor come out anymore because I felt unsafe with him, he sexually harrased me  and was threatning.  Johhny told me he was afraid to call him to fix my fence so I had to call him.  All they have done is come and ridcule me, harras me and laugh at me because I am a female. This fence was paid for by my brother because we lost sthe fence in the monsoon.  I am a vet and a respiratory therapist and i am terminally ill so this has threatened my health even worse.  My brother who is also a vet  has not had the time to fight because his grandaughter  is awaiting heart transplant suddenly. 

I dont know what to do. I know there is a warranty but when I mention it , I never get an answer.  They do not return calls or offer a solution all I want is a fence that is not rotting away and is safe. I do not think that upgrading my fence to something else is the solution. When  $1800. was paid.  Can anyone help me . Thank you.
