Complaint Review: Lowes

after waiting for my rebate check from lowes, i found out it maybe a scam. the 25 dollar rebate may not be refunded now because its their word against mine.

i sent in the reciept, the form and the upc. yesterday i got a denial postcard saying it was missing the upc. what a scam . its their word agaist mine now. luckily i have my copy of the 2nd reciept.

the ladder still looks like new. i will have to disassemble a pail attachment and return it back to the store to get my money back. it was a nice werner ladder but i am not paying full price.lowes rebates are a hassel and make lowes look bad.
