Complaint Review: Lowes

I have worked for Lowes for four years now and I worked my *** off every day staying late to help fix up the store for the next day, going to other stores to help clean up other stores, going on deliveries, etc. Last night I just got the royal screw job, in which they told me this is my final notice and I should start looking for a job else where. What a bunch of jackasses!! They stated that my job preformance has slacked off, that I am not a team player, etc. I have done nothing wrong at all!! It is kind of hard to be a team player when the team is screwing over a member of its own team behind their back.

We have a Admin. dept. mgr who cannot handle her job, cannot write a decent schedule to save her job, has been demoted by the district mgr, has made a verbal threat to physically throw me out of the store and chewed me out several times over the last week being accused of numerous lies amd rumors with no grounds at all. Also we have a lumber dept. mgr who has given numerous large discounts on lumber in which there is nothing wrong with it This lumber is pulled right of the d**n shelf. I have been a witness to this. It is the same customers every time, they buy about $1000 of lumber and door and get about 50%-60% every time. We only make a few pennies profit on every piece of lumber. I swear if they follow through with running me off. I WILL send a letter detailing this to the district mgr, regional mgr and HR. Also consider filing a wrongful termination lawsuit.
