Complaint Review: Lowes (Sebring Fl)

Lowes (Sebring Fl) I went into store and priced the blow in Insulation material. I went home and did some math and called store back to get some information on the Blow in Machine and a lady made the statement I do not think they have the machine but she will check. She came back and said they never replaced machine because so one never returned the machine so they never replaced machine. ( But the store has all the information on renting the machine with purchase of the insulation. Store # 1 863 451 4000  Sebring FL

I then called Corp 1 800 890 5932 and advised what the issue's are. The lady said she will look into this and advise product manager. Later that evening I saw a number Lowes Sebring . I never called back until next day. Asst. MGR Mike called. I returned the call and gave my name then the Asst. Manager Mike said I needed to refresh his memory so I gave him a clue he still did not know so I told him complaint still nothing. I advised that I can see all complaint's are not important and for him to call Corp to refresh his memory and hung up. Called Corp and spoke to Customer care 1 800 890 5932. She read back all the information and were I just called the Asst. manager and were I hung up for no reason. After speaking to CS it appears they are not going to do a thing no fix the problems.

So I went to this site to show how Lowes is treating customer care with no effort. 2nd issue go into any department and look at the there stock and see if it is in the correct bin. You will be amazed the parts are not in the correct bins and Lowes excuse is the customers get in and rearrange the stock. So I marked a date on the stock and 4 months later back to same section and found the part I marked and I questioned the person working in the section and again he gave me the same answer. That is when I went to bin pulled out the part and showed the date and he then shut up. Lowes wants you to buy but put in no effort to help or repair there problems. Go to ACE or any body else Lowes is bad news. Bottom line Lowes is forcing customers to go to a contractor to have work done at cost 3 times the cost and not wanting to help there customer base. . False avertizment
