I have been trying to get Lowes Service Advantage to repair my dryer for a month now.  First the repair company showed up promptly but it was only to get the error code and order parts. I have been given multiply delivery dates only to have them changed, the most recent being today.  The repair company just called to say the wrong part was shipped and it will be another week.

I have called Lowes Service Advantage to state state my frustration at their delays only to be told "that's the way the process works" I have spoken to multiple levels of management and still no help and still no dryer. I asked the manager if she found this to be acceptable and she told "No" but she can't change it.  Unbelievable!!

After 5 weeks of wrong parts and still no dryer I finally found a caring helpful person at Lowes Executive Support Services.  I received a full refund for my dryer today and my faith in customer service has been restored.
