Lowes Service Advantage Troybilt Pressure washer used twice now $450 piece of junk Internet
Service Advantage at Lowes informed me that my pressure washer after being used only twice froze in the winter and blowed o rings in pump. I stored the washer in the basement beside my craftsmen washer and it still works. The basement is heated and there is no way it froze. I was told that it would cost me $283 to repair and I only paid little over $400 for the whole washer. Manual says pump is covered for two years warranty if used only for residential. Im fuming over this piece of junk. I want pump replaced or washer replaced. If they can ask for $283 for repair I should ask for a replacement.
