Lowest Priced Clothing - Rachel Outlets near ripoff major delay took almost 3 months and a threat to file criminal charges to receive my order Was repeatedly misled through emails and phone calls Brooklyn New York
We were sent an order tracking number after placing our order and paying for it via email. A week later we started sending emails and got no response. After several attempts we finally got someone on the phone, Oscar, and he said he sent it and Fedex lost it. We called fedex, they said they never received it. On and on it went like this for 2 months. Finally we hasd a police officer call and warn him that we were filing criminal charges. We got our order in 3 days after that. So we werent ripped off, but nearly were, and when I saw this complaint up here already I thought I would add my own warning as well. The clothes were worth the price but the hassle certainly wasn't. I would recommend wholesale shoppers go elsewhere, we won't be coming back to this company.

I am going to have to call the police about this company. What phone number/station did you have to call?
