Plesk 2 and 3 have been offline for at least two weeks. As lowestcost.com is no longer accepting emails It's almost impossible to get ahold of this guy.

I called the number, and some little kid answered the phone. "Mike's at school right now".

So, we've all stupidly signed up to a service because it's dirt cheap by some kid running a service out of his basement.
