I purchased a Wii pack - Wii, controllers, cables, 14 games from this company. The Wii was new, but defective, from the package. It would not work. It gives message "can not read disk" and makes a terrible noise. I contacted the company for return instructions as outlined on their web site. The response I got was "it is under warranty - call Nintendo".

They sell defective units and won't replace them, leaving the consumer with the problem of trying to contact the mftr for help.

They don't stand behind the quality of their mdse and provide absolutely NO custome service. I will never buy from them again.
