Complaint Review: LowPriceDigital Broadway Photo

Beware of so-called unbiased "reviews" at LowPriceDigital.com when researching purchases of digital cameras, etc. And by all means beware of Broadway Photo. I am attaching a copy of an email to them, which contains some of the links from my research. Caveat emptor -

I am shopping for an Olympus SP-570UZ digital camera, and was almost swayed by your page listing them as "Best Value" and "Customer's Trust Award" -

They are your "Recommended Merchant".

I called Broadway, but luckily, I resisted your recommendation. Thankfully, the internet has evolved to the point where there is sufficient consumer information available for people to protect themselves against such con artists. Apparently these dozens of consumer complaints - over a 3-year time frame and including referrals to the NY Attorney General's office - were not enough to prevent Broadway from winning the Low Price Digital" "Customer's Trust Award".
