 I have had 4 breakdowns since purchasing my spa. LPI refused to honor the labor warranty. LPI continued to send me warranty parts that I had to install even though I begged for a labor warranty representative every time. I have sent them photos of all of my fuse panels and have had my electrical installed for this hot tub by a licensed electrician. Do to Georgia code, since my 50 amp GFI breaker is located in a subpanel comma I must have a service disconnect Port by my hot tub for emergency electrical shut off. I have been told that my sub panel needs to be moved outside by my hot tub. Unbelievable lack of electrical knowledge. To say that an electrical disconnect box used for service has anything to do with a 50 amp GFI that is located in line in my sub panel is an insult to my intelligence as well as my own personal Georgia state contractor's license. To scam an elderly couple that is now out $5,000 only seven months after purchasing this hot tub and having four major breakdowns is disgusting. These are predators do not do business with him. They have told me that since I have had so many unrelated issues they are no longer willing to honor my warranty and I have a $5,000 boat anchor now sitting on my back deck. As a senior citizen in the state of Georgia I would warn all people not to do business with this company they are complete scam artist. I am a twenty-cent piece away now from being complete with the new warranty repairs. When I called and demanded that a service technician come and check out my hot tub I was told that I am no longer being honored as a warranty client from that moment on.

 It seems there are very wonderful employees in the sales department that are aware of the attitude of Randy in the warranty department. All parts to repair my unit have been shipped and I am a happy man. I would suggest dealing with your salesman if you have issues. They want this company to have a good reputation and will actually help you. Cudos to Chattanooga and Atlanta sales offices for saving the day. These are first class guys and my hat is off to the sales department for solving my issues.
