they charged my credit card 99.98 for a protection plan i did not authorized ,i have overdrawn my account in the amount of 90.00 because they took out that amount without my permission and they want credit it back,i have e-mail them,called them, know one will respond back,i want some action taken. i think they should also pay my insuffient funds too,
