LR Designing LR Designing - they ask for cash deposit, then say they cannot figure out how to do the work that they were paid to do. Internet
Our team had a social networking template that we needed to have some work done on. We contacted LR Designing, and spoke to a receptionist who quoted us a price ($300 upfront deposit and they rest due after the work was complete) after her and her designer took a look at the template that we already had published online. The work that we needed to have done mainly involved design, along with one fix in the code involving the registration page. The receptionist stated that the designs and changes that we needed would be able to be done easily and take about 8-12 hours to complete. Of course, I needed to e-mail them some content for the design that they were going to complete. So the receptionist transferred me to the supposed owner of the company Lisa, and stated that she would now be in charge of the project. So I emailed her the content. Then all of a sudden, later another guy was supposed to be in charge of the project. Well he said she never emailed him the content to begin with. So I had to start emailing things all over again. She had never even given me his email, the only way I had found it was through an email she sent to both him and I. So to being with, this company was very disorganized and unprofessional. Well the project had started on Oct.5th. So weeks passed by and the designer - programmer just kept on making excuses on why he could not get all of the requested designs and programming changes done.
On LR Designing's website, they have social networking design as one of their specialties, however they showed that they could not even get a registration page to work.
So they asked for a $300 deposit upfront which was given to them, they quoted 8-10 hours for the completion of the project, and as of today after 39 business days which is about 936 hours, they were still far from done. Some of the design aspects were not done along with the registration page fix. Finally, they said they could not fix the registration and as of today several other things were not completed. Even though they defaulted on their contact by not being able to fix the registration page, Lisa had the arrogance to try to do another CC charge without even asking us (and of most of the work was not even completed yet), lol , that was very strange.
So basically what it comes down to is this:
They ask for a deposit at the beginning, then they stall, and say they cannot fix the things that you want fixed (and try to convince you to have them fix or design other small simple things instead that you dont even want).
Then they start to try to convince and pressure you to purchase their supposed social networking website that (supposedly they build from scratch).
So if they cant even fix a registration page, I don't see how they are going to build one from scratch.
Even though they cannot complete the work that they list in their contract, they still refuse to return the $300 deposit. Then they will still try to charge your CC again, even though they could not finish the work .....
This company is a Fraud !! You should not buy anything from them or have them do any work for you !!!!! We are trying to warn others, so they do not get ripped off as well. Don't let them make excuses, or delay.....
We are sick and tired of these Frauds on the internet !! We are going to gather e-mails and other information and report them to the appropriate authorities. We encourage others that have gotten cheated by them to do the same.

LR Designing is also using the name LM Designing

I noticed recently that LR Designing, is also using another name called LM Designing. They are using the same phone number, but changed the website adresses. They have a website at both lrdesigning.com, and lmdesigning.com. The individual that apparently owns these businesses is apparently using the name Lisa, but changing her last name with each website. They were advertising on Craigslist also. So beware of them, and for those who are looking for a website designer be very cautious because these people are changing websites, and names.
They are charging clients by Credit Card already. Remember, if you get cheated by them (if they do not provide the service that you paid for), you can dispute the charge on your credit card. However, by them taking your money and not providing the service they are also committing fraud. So I would encourage those who got cheated to also file criminal complaints to the appropriate authorities. If charges are files aginst them, then maybe they will get the message that they cannot be out there cheating consumers and committing fraud. I also noticed they have a lot of complaints under the name LM Designing.
