Purchased replica watch 10/31/13 $128.87. Received watch 11/25/13. Problems keeping it running. Stem broke & came loose on 12/5/13. Several unanswered emails. Then received email sending a replacement crown(never received).
Again I sent several emails. They requested a picture of the stem by the watch. I sent several pics on 1/24/14. Received email sending replacement watch(never received). Requested on 2/16/14 I mail them back the damaged watch. Mailed on 2/20/14 to address they provided to me by email. I sent several emails regarding the replacement & the damaged watch I sent to them.
No replies back. Then on 5/1/14 my mailed watch I returned was sent back from China marked by China postal with a stamp in the middle of 2 boxes. "Unknown" & "Gone Away"! Have sent several emails to them no reply. I would not do any business with these companies. Ripoff...
