Complaint Review: LSM5-us-pay.com 866-2215391

I am getting ripped off from these people, 19.95 from LSM5-us-pay.com 866-221 5391 on July bill. Capital One has let me file a dispute against them. I have never heard of them. I also got Capital One to close my account and give me a new one, however, the representative told me that if it is a club or recurring payment that they will be able to bill my new account.

Is this what LSM5-us-pay.com 866-2215391 does? Do you think they will bill to my new account? Should I wait to see if another charge shows up on my new account before I close everything with Capital One?
