LSM5-us-pay.com--Frontier Pharmacy Charged a monthly fee of $20.95 to my credit card. Called this a "membership fee" but I never consented to be a member. They have made this charge to my account, each month, from November 2006-March 2007 Nationwide Nationwide

Frontier Pharmacies has been charging my credit card a fee of $20.95 every month for five months. They called this a membership fee; however, I have never consented to join this pharmacy. The charge is listed as LSMS-us-pay.com. When you question the company on this, they say it is from Frontier Pharmacy.
