They do not value customer service. I received my item and it was broken. I called and asked how I needed to go about getting a refund. They rudely told me that I broke the item because I installed it wrong. I told them that I had not installed it yet. After listening to them tell me it was my fault and they do not do returns I decided it isn't worth arguing about and to consider this a lessoned learned. I just wanted to warn other people about this company..... Use caution when dealing with this company. You may be losing money like I did.

We never heard from any customer claiming he received broken parts!! if that is true we could have filed a claim with the shipping company or the manufacturer, if you are real customer why don't you provide order number and your real name so we can verify the matter? if it is true how come you did not dispute the charge with Paypal or your card issuer?

You are fake customer !

I never said I ordered it over the phone..... I said I called to ask about a refund. Sorry I am real and your company did steal my money by sending me a broken  item and not giving a refund.

We do not accept order over the phone, all our orders are placed online, this buyer is fake and making up stories. 

He is the same buyer who left a report few days ago but now using fake name and fake location.
