I ordered a 7" DVD/ in dash car stereo off of ebay through electronic_pool (Light in the Box).  It arrived wrong.... with a backup camera instead of the false face that I requested.  I thought "Oh well" and continued to persue getting it installed.  Due to the instalation of the air vents in my Jeep it woudl not fit without rerouting duct work.  This was discovered when they removed my old unit and the new unit was never removed form the plastic.  At this point i decided to return the item.
I emailed them and received return instructions, a return authorization code, and a promise that as soon as the tracking number was available credit to my card would be promptly applied.

I sent it US mail with delivery confirmation.  It arrived and was in good condition according to the post office. Now this company will not answer any of my emails.  Ive gone back to ebay and it is impossible practically to contact a seller if it has now been over 90 days. This company now has the stereo back and my money! I have sent one last message threatening legal action and given them 48 hours to respond.
