Complaint Review: LTD COMMODITIES

I have ordered quite a bit from LTD Commodities and have found that they tend to ship too many boxes filled with packing peanuts rather than merchandise. Their charges for shipping is outrageous even if you order the items in lots of 3 or more as they suggest to help save on shipping. Also, they will leave packages with neighbors down the street, never tag your door to let you know you have a package until one day you recieve a bill in the mail for a past due ammount for merchandise you never recieved. They tried to track one package to no avail because they had no idea what address it was senr too.

The big surprise is, all the other merchandise was shipped on the same day. Why couldn't it all have been shipped together. If they indeed ship it all in the same day as they said, why did they send one package down the street to neighbors and I got all of the rest. It surely did not make sense to me.
