Ltd Commodities Ripoff sneaky shipping costs on merchandise charging per item Bannockburn Illinois
I have just found this website. I've always thought the way they did their per item shipping was a ripoff. I am so glad I saw this site, and that other people feel the same way.
I order A LOT from Ltd, especially for x-mas. I have paid way too much for shipping also.

I cannot believe that LTD would even have the nerve to respond with such a generic response. Of course they make no effort to ship more than one item at a time. I was just charged 4.95 on a 6.40 item! This is where they make there money. I just received this order. I had ordered 2 small items at the same time in which they only shipped one item. The second could have easily fit in the same box. This will be my last order. I will choose to find the same products on other sites. Recently found some good ones! I will also let the rest of my office know about these complaints since I have a section in the office newsletter dedicated to my opinions on certain products/services.

I've been buying from LTD for years. I do not find their shipping charges exhorbitant. If you think they are, discontinue ordering from them. I'm sure if you purchased their high quality merchandise from a brick and mortar store you'd save on the shipping charges, but the much higher pricing by retailers more than makes up for the shipping from LTD--even if they shipped each item separately.

I order all the time but the shipping costs are too high. I've never once recieved an order all together. What they should do is let you know the item is backordered at the time of the order so you can decied if you want to wait and let you choose your own shipping options so you know how much it will bw

LTD Commodities makes every effort to ship as much in one box to provide customers maximum savings. We ship what we have in stock and orders are only broken up when product is on backorder or the size of the product places limits as to what we can fit in a box.
We do hold merchandise for a limited number of days to ship as many items as possible at one time. We strive to reach the best balance between delivery time and the total number of shipments to our customers.
