Complaint Review: LTD Commodities

I will try to make this short and to the point. At least daily, I receive a call from these people requesting that I call 847-444-2365 for important information. Naturally, when you call this number you get the recording. They have even called me as late as 10:37PM. I have emailed the Customer Service Department(a joke!!!)and did get a reply stating that they had gotten my number from a company. I asked that it be removed because I do not and never did do any business with them. I was assured that my number had been removed-NOT. I still continued to get the daily calls.

Also wrote to the Manager of Customer Services(whoever that may be)and have never received an answer. Calls continue and I emailed again on 8/27/06 and have not received an answer. I was under the impression that if you were registered with the National No Call Registry, that you could not receive unsolicited calls from businesses that you do not do business with and even if you do, if you request that they not call you then they are supposed to stop.

I find their daily calls more than annoying and intrusive especially after 10PM. Has anyone had this problem, was it resolved and how?????? Thanks for any input-Channing, Hampton VA
