Complaint Review: LTT Gourmet Foods

LTT Gourmet Foods, L.T.T. Gourmet Foods Didn't deliver complete order as stated. Said freezer and airpurifier was free and charged me $4,849.85 divided into 36 months. Only gave my family enough food to last 3 months instead of 6 months. Charged me over $11.00 a meal per person. Chatsworth California

On Saturday Sept. 8, 2007 I was told I would get 50% off food for life delivered to my home and charged $1,789.60 for 78 meals that would last me 6 months for a family of 3. Then I was charged $4,849.854 on a separated bill for a freezer and air purifier that was said to be free.

They delivered the freezer, airpurifier and food items on Sunday Sept. 9, 2007. On Monday Sept. 10, 2007 Tony called my cell phone from 818-718-0921. "He asked me if the finance company called me to verify if I recieved all the items I ordered", I said I still didn't get everything as promised on the contract there were 4 items not delivered that were said to be on back order. He ensured me they would delivered the items this evening between 4PM and 8PM. He wanted me to tell the Jayco finance company representative that I got all the items as promised on the contract.

After that nobody called or show up at my home for the delivery. I called several times and left several messages and didn't get a call back for a week. Finally spoke to Michelle and she said the items just came in and they would be delivered on Tue. Sept. 25, 2007 between 2PM and 6PM. I waited and once again no call or delivery was attempted.
