We were sucked in by the extremely high pressure sales pitch in our home that this was, "THE FINEST GOURMET FOOD IN THE WORLD," that we would be 100% satisfied with their "PRIME USDA/Restaurant quality meat" and nothing to lose by buying their top of the line commercial freezer (we are paying $2000 but were told it was actually FREE)! We were never told how much we were paying for meat by the pound.

The meat delivered on Dec. 6 was NOT stamped USDA PRIME, but instead "CHOICE," thinly sliced, and the ground beef unpalatable. The vegetables now have freezer burn (not freeze-packed as their saleslady claimed).

Per the company's "Guarentee of Satisfaction", we asked that some of the items be replaced. They were supposed to bring Pork Chops but instead brought Pork Butt. Other items requested/ordered were not available so we were told they would come back. We are STILL waiting (and required to pay them $290 per month). They haven't come back or contacted us about making their claim that we would be, "100% SATISFIED" even halfway true. AS CONSUMERS WE FEEL LIKE WE HAVE BEEN DUPED!

We are fed up and very unhappy about the way we have been treated. I am wondering if I should I just return everything, including the freezer (the Saleslady told us that they would take the freezer back)?
