Complaint Review: luanthougds

luanthougds myprobuying.com I purchased a product and they sent me the wrong product.

On May 15, 2019, I paid for an electric lightweight folding wheelchair and about a week later I was notified via e-mail that my  product had shipped and was given a tracking number. 

Three weeks later, I still did not have my product and the product was supposed to be shipped from a location that was less than 30 miles for my house (according to their Web site at the time, which has now been deleted)... 

I then attempted to contact the seller with the phone number provided, and got voice-mail. The voicemailbox was full and cound not accept any new messaes. So I sent an e-mail to the address provided (rama5146kant@gmail.com).. I received a response with the same tracking number. A couple of days later I received the package in the mail that was attached to that tracking number and it was a very cheap cell phone holder... maybe worth 96 cents.

I e-mailed again explaining that I received a package, but it was not what I paid for, I then got a canned copied and pasted response that was exactly the same, even the same typos as my last response, since then I have not had any other responses and the e-mail address is no longer good and the phone number has been disconnected and 'my account' with 'Luanthougds'  has been removed as well as their Website... 

I will be contacting my credit card company to complain as well as filing with the Attorney General!
