Complaint Review: Luca de la torre

I have submitted previous reports on this scammer. I am still trying to get any proof of services from this individual to no avail. Supposedly he is still working with excellence health inc in Las Vegas and now someone at this company is saying he is out on sick leave. I don't think I was speaking to another employee at the company I think he was pretending to be someone else. There are 3 reports on rippoff report and 1 on yelp about Luca and his endeavors. I have reported him to every agency I could think of. Excellence Health inc supposedly can help me get the information I requested, but I think it is Luca that I am emailing pretending to be someone else. I asked for a direct phone number to speak to this individual and never got it.
