Complaint Review: Luca Financial Express

Back in oct. of 2002 i had a phone call from yhe company telling me that for $249.00 i would be able to get a new credit card with $2500.00 credit limit, since that time i have called many times to find out where the information was i was giving the run around , i tried to talk to a suppervisior whose name is DEANE HOWARDi never spoke directly to him he would not return any phone calls today is jan.11 2003

i recieved the packet from the company it is nothing does not help you get a credit card or anything else /called the company no answer on monday i will file a report with the attorney generals office and with the F.C.C. the company should be put out of business and the officers jailed
