I was ripped off by Luca Financial Express, They deducted money from my bank account, with the promise of me recieving a mastercard, the only thing that i got was broke. To all you people out there believing in these ripoff scams don't keep your money in the bank where it belongs, never trust those phoney over the phone sales people.
