Complaint Review: Luca Financial Express

On November 22 there was a electronic withdrawal from my checking account for a Credit Card deposit that I was suppose to recieve in 15 business days. The 15 days have come and gone and everytime I call them I get the promise that I will recieve it that day. It is now January 10th and I have nothing but yet another promise that I will recieve it today!

When I asked for a refund the clerk (whom claims her real name is Debbie Smith) she stated that it is non refundable. Which was never told to me when I was so excitedly lured into this rip-off.

By Ms. Taylor whom is never available to talk to but I was told that Taylor would be in charge of my account and would be there to answer any further questions that I had.
My account # is 500702.

I am very scared that I will have more deductions from this company from my checking account since they have taken $249.00 out of my account already.
