Luca Financial Express ripped me off in a big way debited account 250.00 for a credit card that I never recieved. ripoff business from hell Kansas City Missouri
One of there so called represenetives called and offered me a 2000 to 4000 dollar credit limit. Of course it sounded good with the holidays coming up so I agreed up untill they said it would cost 249.00 dollars so I declined. About a month later they took 249.00 dollars out of my account anyway. So I called and they assured me that I would recieve my card in three weeks. Christmas was getting closer and still no card so I called again and got the biggest Bull sh-- story, but they still assured me that the card was on its way.
Well needless to say I never got the d**n card and lost 249.00 hard earned dollars. I am a mother of three children and everybody had to pay for what they did because I had a hard time getting there christmas. What kind of people would take advantage of a family who works very hard for what they have and then to be scammed out of 250.00 dollars. That money would have gone a long way for my family and I would like my money back! Dont fall for these cold-hearted scam artists!

one of luca financial express representitives called offering me a 2000 to 5000 dollar credit limit. and of course it sounded good being that i was out of work at the time.
i agreed until they said it would cost me 250.00. well they in turn debited my bank account for 250.00 that was in october of 2002. this is now april 9,2003 and guess what after 20 phone calls to this buisness i am out of 250.00 plus a credit card and the line of credit they promised.
and i may be out of a car because the money they debited from my account was my car payment so please do not fall for these cold hearted people if i should give them such a compliment they are scum who pray on innocent hard working people.
I JUST HOPE ONE OF THE COLD HEARTED PEOPLE THAT WORKED WITH THEM WILL SEE ONE OF THESE REPORTS!!!!!!!! its hard to live with yourself after what you have done to me and alot of others your so called company LUCA FINANCIAL EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!
