LUCA FINANCIAL EXPRESS Runaround ripoff fraudulent ripoff business KANSAS CITY Missouri
I was contacted by phone in late October about a Mastercard with a $2000-$4000 limit. I was sceptical of this but the agent assured me that every thing was legit.
A debit was set up on my checking account for November 1st. I was told that I would recieve my credit card in 15 business days. After I didn't recieve this I called and was given the run around.
I called yesterday and I was told that another package was sent out on the 26th of November since I hadn't recieved my first one.
Every time I called I would get the runaround. I tried to call today but the recording said the office was closed and to leave a message. It hurts me financially to be taken advantage of especially around CHRISTMAS.
I truly can't afford to lose the $249.00 that I was cheated out of since I have 5 kids to support. I would truly appreciate my hard earned money back.

I work for a company that sells these Luca financial store value mastercards for 249.00$
I had feeling that it may not be legit and was concerned for my safty as an employee and decided to look on the internet and came across this site to say the least it made me feel very violated as i feel I was lied to as an employee and more importantly hurting american citizens that really are down on ther luck and being a duel citizen and having a father who is a born and raised american i feel as though im as much an American as I am a canadian.
Well, I have information on how buissness is conducted and at these places and Ill tell you one thing it isn't clean by any means. I would be willing to report this and help bring these people down but at the same time I would lose my only sorce of income by doing this and would put myself in to a very bad state and at this time it would be very difficult to find another job as you can tell i had to settel for this crappy one.
So that is the only thing stopping me at this point please feel free to write me your thoughts on this on the e-mail adress I gave.
