In December 2002 I was contactd by Luca Financial and promised, like everyone else a $2,000.00 credit card for a fee of $249. First they promised they would deduct the money from my accont on a certain day and they deducted it on an entirely different day and it cost me over $100 in overdraft charges.

I have made many many many calls to Luca. I know their number by heart. They always tell me the card will be in in 25 days. So far they have sent a "resend" for the card over 3 times.

I usually have dealt with Jeffrey Powell, but I understand as of last week he is no longer with the company. I have also dealt with Rachael and Kim. They all say the same thing, that it will be in the mail.

Recently I have spoken to a woman, Mandy Carr. She is the most obnoxious of them all. She told me she would enter a new "resend" but that she would never purchase anything over the phone and I should never have done it. She said that I purchased a "vacation package" for the $249.00 and the credit card was just a freebee. I've already received the mini vacation package that I agreed to.

This is a terrible lie and these people are horrible. It does not seem fair that people can steal money like this. I am a single parent and could ever afford to throw $249.00 away.
