Complaint Review: Luca Jungbauer de la TOrre

We were swindled out of 15,000 by Luca Jungbauer de la Torre.  Excellence Health Inc was supposed to be a patent company for drug research and hospitals.  Their website gave all the right information we were being fed by him.  He travels in the U.S. and Europe on our money.  Shareholder meeting in NYC, shareholder dividends check.... all bull. Every word he speaks is a lie. We found out from his fiancee that he is a fraud after she was also played by him, for years.  Supposedly he is a soccer player. Web search shows he was born in Miami Florida, and has family in Germany.  Not sure how accurate, but he seems to keep popping up in soccer related posts.
