Lucas Law Firm, Adam Zucker Lucas Law firm, Adam Zucker, Scamed for loan modification, now loosing my home, HELP! Aliso Viejo California
I was contacted by Adam Zucker after I called their # from a radio add.
Sent in $3000 Jan 2009...they we're to assist with a loan modification for my 1st. & 2nd. now 5 mo.'s latter I find that nothing has happened, we are not in the system to get loan mod & nothing has been submitted.
I've called every mo. to see what is going on and get lied to, now I'm facing foreclosure and loosing a home we built ourselves 9yrs. ago.
Just to get my money back is not going to help even though I'm sueing to try, but we have major damages and see that others have as well.
Why can't we stop them and close them down?
Can anyone help us?

These guys are about making money and will sometimes sugar coat a little too much to get you in the door. However Adam told me that he was going to get me something lower than what we accepted and possible loan balance reduction. At the end of the process (after sweatng all the bad feedback and getting a Notice Of Sale from our lender) we accepted a 4.75% 40 year fixed loan and kept in our home. Not too bad for not making mortgage payments for over 22 months. My personal advice is stay on top of these new york jews!
