Hi, I started going to Lucille Roberts january 2001 and I sually pay them with my checking account and I decided to closed my checking account and I provide them with my husband's checking account information, at that time they had a changed in their computer system and my new checking account information was never entered in the system. Then one day after 6 or 7 months since I gave them my new checking account information they told me that I had a balance of $150.00 dollars and I asked them in the gym why? and I said that they were not taking the money from the checking account that I gave before. In the gym they told me that I should call the customer service department and they said that because of the new computer system they by mistake never entered the new account#. I said fine but I do not have that much money now, since it was your mistake please give me a payment plan and they refuse it and I could not attend the gym anymore, plus people in customer service are not polite, neither tried to help me
