Complaint Review: Lucille Roberts

I Joined Lucille roberts in November and by January i was done with this company. i only went a few times but those few were the worst. You're supposed to feel better about yourself after the gym instead I was humiliated and frustrated.

i went into a intermediate step clas for there wasn't a beginners class available at all on the schedule and the class instructer imbarressed me oon the microphone and told me to leave and find a beginners class.

i Figured I just stick to the tredmill but if you don't sign in within the half hour interval you're lucky to get 20 minutes on the tredmill before you're ask to get off. I'm sorry but I don't work out with weights and apparentley not welcome in the step class. If I can't get a good run on the tredmill what exactley am i paying for.

To cancel my membership they want to charge me $98 dollars. It cost me $130.00 to join another Gym that was accomidating to my needs (like running).I don't think I should be obligated to pay for a service that I never received.

And there customer service sucks too. When I called (Ms. Wong)She was rude and unconcerned with my problems. I refuse to be taken advantage of. I joined the gym to let go of a lot of stress. I have more stress now than when I first joined and the only thing I'm letting go of is my wallet. LUCILLE ROBERTS IS A RIP_OFF AND A WASTE OF TIME>>>>>>
