Lucius Caldwell, Ph.D. ordered furniture from us, we made it 100% correct then a year later he post fake negative reviews on me and my business and defamation. Telling people, we made crap garbage furniture but then mordaciously came and asked us to make a new one free after refund trying to bribe us into giving money or free furniture in return for removing a fake reviews. He even tried filing a faek BBB report they caught that scam though, only crap sites like Yelp allow this type of scam. Go fish !
Seems he and his wife might do this to everyone so beware.

I have done the right thing and stepped up to work with Lucius Caldwell to resolve our issues, this post was made before we worked tihngs out. Im moving forward, I have made a new sectional, upgraded too for them. Im not even asking for the one they ahve back

Steve took our money and delivered an incorrect model months late, then harassed my wife and I verbally and via email, attempting to bully us into removing online reviews. It has been over a year and he still had not fixed things.
