Complaint Review: Luckies Furniture Biloxi MS

 We bought a $4000 king size motion bed from Luckies furniture in Biloxi MS. We said we wanted a solid foam matress for this motion bed. They delivered to us a solid foam mattress with a pillow top. We called and complained but were greeted with an avalanche of meaningless words: "best selling, most popular, this is what we sell every one", and got no where. Within weeks the pillowtop separated from the rest of the mattress and we complained (because they supposedly have the best 15 year warranty in the business). They came and inspected. We got a letter a week later saying that we had "misused" the motion bed. Supposedly you must make the bed flat before getting out of it. Funny rules for getting out of bed? I am ill. I use the back of the bed to help me get out! Anyway... I had a motion bed from Bassett furniture in Gulfport MS for 10 years and never had a moments problem. Never! So I know this pillow top is inappropriate for a motion bed and I know that there are no rules for getting out of bed. A motion bed helps you get out of bed. This may be a wonderful mattress for a flat bed but doesn't work for a motion bed. They offered us a new mattress for $199 delivery. The same mattress? Why would I want the same mattress? This mattress doesn't work with a motion bed! I can't explain why I didn't go back to Bassett but I am so sorry that I didn't.
